September 5 2023: I Went to NanDesuKan!
This weekend I cosplayed Party Poison at NanDesuKan! I haven't cosplayed since June, since I had to pack everything up to move, but on Saturday my Mom's friend told us about this convention called NanDesuKan at the Gaylord Rockies resort, so we bought a last minute ticket for Sunday. I had a lot of fun, even if I was only there for one day. The timing was perfect because this labor day weekend was San Japan and DragonCon, so I was starting to miss going to cons since I was missing out on San Japan this year. I am super proud of how these pictures came out on my digital camera. I love taking my digital camera to conventions since my pictures end up having an old authentic con feel, plus I don't have to edit them since they come out super vibrant. I last took my camera to WeebCon in April and it was especially helpful for the Homestuck cosplay meetup. Since then I've gotten so much better at adjusting the exposure and lighting settings for indoor and outdoor shots. My sibling is a great photographer. I've been posting the rest of the Party Poison photoshoot on my Instagram and Tumblr, but here are some of my favorite shots for your viewing pleasure. In other news, my next programming project will be setting up a webring for websites like mine, that are focused on MCR and bandom stuff. Y'know, since Tumblr and Twitter are becoming impossible to use. There's nothing I hate more than Tumblr's new web design. Anyway, I had a lot of fun on Sunday, I missed cosplaying!
